Refunds

At Grippy, we take pride in the quality of our products & want you to feel confident in your purchase.

Due to hygiene reasons, grip socks are considered an intimate item. We only accept refunds or exchanges if the product is unused, unworn, & returned in its original condition.

ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND

  • The socks are unused & unworn
  • The original tag is still attached
  • The grip pattern is clean and intact
  • The item is returned as received

NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND

  • The socks have been worn or tried on
  • The grip shows any signs of use
  • The tag has been removed
  • The product has been washed or altered

FAULTY ITEMS

If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. Once approved, a refund or replacement will be arranged.

RETURN PROCESS

To request a return, contact hello@grippyonline.com with your order number & reason for return.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@grippyonline.com
